Gus began his career in real estate in 2006, when the industry was in one of its most unsettled and transformative periods. This proved to be one of the best times to learn the skills that are key to being a successful agent in today’s real estate market.
Gus has taken the lessons learned from those early years in the business and steadily grown his business each year, serving both Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of residential real estate. He enjoys every aspect of a sale and gets great satisfaction from working through particularly complex transactions.
With a past ingrained in the horse world, Gus has become one of the area’s most recognized agents specializing in equestrian properties, estates, and farmettes. He is well versed in land conservation and can help clients through the ins and outs of the easement process. Gus is licensed in PA, MD, and DE.
When not serving his clients, Gus can be found involved with charitable groups that support the local community and land preservation efforts. He currently resides in So. Chester County with his wife Linda and daughter Peyton.
